For purchases made through our e-shop only, you have the right to return a product for a full refund or to exchange it within 15 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product, you must contact us within this period. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of products that have been used or processed.
This return policy does not apply to purchases made in our physical store.
If the product is defective or damaged, or if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover or reimburse the delivery costs. Please report the issue to us at koukoutsi.shop@gmail.com before returning the product.
